This year marks 35 years since the founding of the Aim Services Group.

Throughout that time we have been able to grow along with our customers by efficiently providing them unparalleled premium services. Consequently, we have achieved expansion in business ventures involving corporations, hospitals, social welfare facilities and schools, and also with business involving penal and sports-related facilities.

Now, as we embark on our next 35 years of business, we face myriad new challenges in the Japanese market. Accordingly, issues that will be addressed going forward include Japan's aging population — by 2025 the oldest members of Japan's baby boom generation will have reached 75 years of age, and by 2050 some 40% of Japan's population will be 65 or older — as well as impending environmental measures, initiatives in response to the financial crisis and efforts toward globalization.

Indeed, we are working to adequately assess these changes in the market environment and to gain a sound understanding of resultant shifts in customer values and needs so that we might better offer customer-tailored solutions both in the form of premium-quality foods that are safe and afford peace of mind and are healthy and delicious, and in the form of services. In the process, we aspire to become even more highly regarded as a comprehensive services management company.
