AIM SERVICES was established in 1976 as a joint venture between a Mitsui Group company and Aramark Corporation, a leading U.S. service management company. Based on Mitsui’s network and Aramark’s know-how, the company has grown and grown with the support of its customers for over 45 years by efficiently providing superior quality services.
From offices to stadiums. A wide range of business areas
We are expanding our business in a wide range of areas from offices, factories, and schools to hospitals, welfare facilities, stadiums, and training facilities. Going beyond food service, we create new value in response to the client’s business structure, facility size, and needs, in pursuit of services that satisfy our clients’ needs.
Serves approximately 1.3 million meals per day at 3,900 locations nationwide
The entire group provides approximately 1.3 million meals a day at 3,900 locations nationwide. For the operation of each facility, we have established business bases throughout Japan to provide detailed support. In addition, we have established a backup system that includes proposals for new services and operational support by specialized departments.

We have approximately 5,000 original recipes that take advantage of seasonal ingredients and regional characteristics. Based on the provision of meals that lead to customers’ vitality and enjoyment, we will individually respond to health issues perceived by our clients and their efforts to contribute to a sustainable society.
Integrated Services
Administrative and General Affairs Outsourcing
We provide detailed support for daily office operations.
In response to changes in the social environment and working styles, there is a growing need to operate in an environment where clients can easily specialize and focus on their core business. We provide total outsourcing of office service management (general affairs) and pantry (food and beverage) operations to achieve efficient and effective operations.
Cafes / Convenience stores / Kiosks
We provide highly convenient services that can be used easily.
We will introduce a café offering drinks and snacks, a wide selection of concession stands, and self-service concession stands, depending on the installation space and menu requirements. We aim to add value to offices and facilities with a wide range of lineup from brand licensed stores to own-brand stores.
Refreshment Services
We propose relaxation and comfort with reliable quality for office refreshment space.
We have installed coffee machines, tea machines, and beverage servers in approximately 50,000 locations nationwide. We help our customers create a refreshing space that meets their needs and working environment in accordance with their changing work styles.

In addition to food service that fits the facility, we support all aspects of facility management.
In conference and training facilities, from suburban to urban, we coordinate the best environment for users to focus on their training programs. In our recreation facilities, we aim to improve user satisfaction by providing meals that meet the needs of the facility.

With the growing concern for “food”, high quality “food” and “space” are required for food and beverage facilities in hotels and cafeterias in office buildings. We promise to provide tastes and services that satisfy our customers according to the needs of the facility.

Hospitals / Facilities for the Elderly
We support “operation of hospitals and elderly care facilities” to be chosen by providing safe and secure meals.
Meals at hospitals are a part of treatment, while meals at senior care facilities are a source of vitality. We aim to provide value-added meals at hospitals, including “meals at the right temperature at the right time” and “choice meals,” and at elderly care facilities, “meals that are easy to eat and delicious to the eyes and palate,” taking physical ability and preferences into consideration.

We support a fulfilling campus life from “food” and “space”.
Based on our experience as a food service company with a department specializing in student cafeterias, we propose a variety of meals and comfortable communication space that fashion-conscious students can enjoy.
